The Fizzer Shop provides you with a direct and hassle-free electronic and prepaid load system that you can access via the computer 24/7 wherever you are in the world. SMART, GLOBE and SUN mobile loads + internet load are available for local and international (even on roaming mobiles). Fizzer Shop allows you also to SELL and/or SHARE mobile loads to family members and friends. Fizzer provides FAST and REAL TIME LOAD / RECHARGE service for all regular customers.

Our Fizzer Shop Terms and Conditions are very easy:

1. The use of Fizzer, Fizzer Shop and its services is subject to the terms that follows hereinafter. By entering our site or enrolling as a user, you confirm the acceptance of our terms of use. By purchasing items at the Fizzer Shop even if you are not a member of Fizzer, you confirm the acceptance of our terms of use.
2. First time buyers must have a VERIFIED PayPal account and will receive their purchased loads no later than 24 hours to allow PayPal to verify the account. First time buyers with PayPal accounts are also limited in transaction of up to one (1) transaction per day. After two (2) weeks, the buyer can buy unlimited transactions using his/her verified PayPal account.. Buyers from the US and other parts of the world are required to have a VERIFIED account and a CONFIRMED address.
3. All card holders must have a valid contact number provided that will be cross-referenced to your confirmed billing address for verification purposes.
4. The purchased electronic mobile loads are credited to your mobile number automatically while the prepaid card purchases are loaded manually by the user. Call & Text Card PIN are manually sent to the mobile number you provide as well as the instructions on how to use it.
5. Indicate the correct mobile number you would like reloaded. Make sure that the mobile number provided is correct to avoid further delays.
6. Fizzer Shop can NOT retrieve electronic credited to mobile numbers that are invalid. On prepaid mobile loads, payments are non-refundable once we send out the PIN information and there is no way that Fizzer will be able to retrieve it in the event the number provided is invalid. Refer to point # 4 as a reminder.
7. Fizzer and Fizzer Shop reserves the right to refuse the processing of an order if suspected as fraud, unauthorized and/or if it is in illegal activity. Fizzer rejects order of these types. However, if you are purchasing load as a form of payment for a third party transaction, Fizzer will not be liable when the third party does not uphold your agreement. Fizzer operates individually and we are not in any way, affiliated with any other sites and services.
8. Fizzer provides another form of payment which is the Fizzer Credits that may be used on purchasing mobile loads. If you are a non-member of Fizzer, know that all members are automatically eligible for our sign up bonus. The sign up bonus or what we call Fizzer Credits are immediately credited to the member’s account on signing in to this website. Fizzer Credits may be used to buy virtual gifts, rate friends on the site aside from actually using it to purchase mobile loads at the Fizzer Shop. Fizzer Credits are gained from various activities of the site.
9. We work hard to provide a high standard of service to our customers but they can still be dissatisfied due to circumstances beyond Fizzer i.e., natural calamities / disasters may slow down or delay process of shipping transaction (which is in the part of mobile companies and our mobile gateway). If such occurs, we have a dedicated team to inform you of such delays and will resolve the problem in the soonest possible time.

The complaint should, at first instance, be addressed to us as we will give it a careful and serious consideration. We assure you of dealing with the complaint professionally and as fast as we can.
The complainant can make a direct complaint by any reasonable means like letter or e-mail. Most problems can usually be settled within a reasonable time and in a hassle-free manner by simply advising us your problem at payments@fizzer.ph. If the matter can easily be dealt with, we will inform you about the action we are going to take to resolve the matter. Do include all the details.

Under any circumstances, Fizzer cannot and will not be liable for any losses or damages suffered by you from any unauthorized use of your account. You may be liable for the losses of the Company or others due to such unauthorised use. You may never use another member's account without permission. We allow only one membership account and one e-mail address per person. As a member, you agree to remain bound by these terms and for as long as you remain a Member or unless the company terminates, suspends or otherwise limits access to the website. Business entities are not eligible to become members of the company.

2. Accuracy of Information
All members of the Fizzer and buyers of Fizzer Shop are required to provide true and accurate information with regards to their account information and any/all interaction with the company and its advertisers and merchants. The Company will not be responsible or liable to the member in any regard, if the address provided by the member is incorrect or the change in address in not intimated. Fizzer will make the endeavours to ensure that the information present on the website are updated and are provided live from the advertiser’s, merchant’s server and other third parties; however, Fizzer does not guarantee that all information (particularly those provided by third parties and merchants etc) are accurate. The content of the advertisements, comparisons and information on the website are provided by the advertisers, merchants and other third parties on “AS IS” and on an “AS AVAILABLE” basis. Thus, the full responsibility of the content lies with the party providing the same. Fizzer does not alter, edit or amend and does not procure or attempt to procure the alteration, editing or amendment of any material provided to it by the advertiser, Merchant or any third party for inclusion on the Company website including but not limited to the Links or Intellectual Property or editorial or creative. Fizzer assures to update the website with any new information as soon as it becomes available to keep the contents of the website as accurate as possible.

3. Sign up Fizzer Credits Bonus
All members would be automatically eligible for the sign up bonus. The sign up bonus or what we call Fizzer Credits would be immediately credited to the member’s account on signing in to this website. Fizzer Credits may be used to buy virtual gifts, rate friends on the site aside from actually using it to purchase mobile loads at the Fizzer Shop.

4. Contest, Events and Promotions
We organize contest, events and promotions through our website. These promotions shall be governed by the specific terms contained therein along with these terms of use. The promotions may run for a limited period, and Fizzer reserves the right to discontinue the promotion without any reason and without incurring any liability on its part. You must be above 13 years of age and a Filipino to participate in any promotional events. You must also abide by the other eligibility conditions specific to the particular promotion. Any rewards offered under such promotions are indicative only, and Fizzer or its partners offering the reward, reserve the right to withdraw the offer at any time. Fizzer disclaims any liability in relation to any products offered as award. Fizzer disclaims all warranty offered with such product, relating to its functionality, intended purpose, specification, or quality. Any prize / gift offered by Fizzer is warranted by the Manufacturer. The company assumes no responsibility / liability with regard to any defect / fault in the prize/gift. Any eligibility condition to participate in promotion, or the winner, or a person eligible to win the reward, or any question regarding the fairness of the reward, will be decided by the Company or by its authorized and appointed representatives constituting a panel. Any decision in relation to above will be made by Fizzer, which shall be final and binding. 5. Community, Blog and Chat Service
Fizzer provides users with access to a web platform including Community, Blogs, chat, discussion boards etc. that allows users to "chat" or contribute only specific contents (relating to the products and services offered on the website of the company) to blogs which is used to transmit messages, interact and exchange views, videos, photos, etc with other user/member of the website. You understand and agree to use this service offered by Fizzer only for the purpose of contributing and exchanging views, videos, photos, experiences etc. relating to the products and services offered on the website of the Company. Any content that you provide to a Blog and Chat Service enters an open public forum, and is not confidential. Fizzer reserves the right to administer or monitor the contents exchanged between the users. However, the authentication of the materials uploaded and or transmitted is the responsibility and liability of the user and the company assumes no liability for any unauthorized information being exchanged, uploaded or transmitted. If Fizzer, at any time, comes to know that this service is used for any other purpose other than as mentioned above, it will, at its sole discretion suspend and or terminate your account, with or without notice. In such case, the company shall not be liable or responsible for any/all damages/ loss incurred/ suffered by you or any third party. Users must be at least 13 years or above to avail the community services or exchange information as detailed above. User understands that by using such services, they may be exposed to objectionable matter, and shall not hold company liable/responsible for any damage caused by such use. User also agrees not to upload post, transmit, exchange and or submit any material which is unauthorized, unlawful, illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortuous, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable or such content which, at the sole discretion of the Company not suitable for uploading, exchange or submit. You may be held legally liable for such content. You understand that while sharing any of your personal information, in services defined under this clause, such as your name, email address etc. it may be collected and used by other users/members. You should therefore be careful when deciding to share any of your personal information in services defined under this clause. Users also understand that the Company may at its sole discretion, immediately suspend and or terminate any user/member from using any or all services, in case it believes that the user/member is using the services for illegal purposes or for any other purpose not authorized by us.

6. Videos and Photos
Fizzer provides certain services that enable users to upload, store, view, share and access only specific photo and video images (relating to the products and services offered by Fizzer). User agrees that each person if any depicted in such photos and video images, has provided consent to the use, distribute, publicly display and reproduce the photo or video images. You understand that the Photo or Video Album may be viewed, accessible, search-able and distributable by other web users, unless it is password protected. You are advised to upload and share only those pictures, videos and content for which you have the copyright or you have the permission from the owner of the copyrighted material. You understand and agree that copyrighted material of any other person/party/entity, if uploaded without consent is a criminal offense and you will be liable for the legal implications of the same. You undertake to indemnify the website/company for any loss that it may occur due to such an unwarranted act of yours. Fizzer reserves the right to impose restrictions from time to time on the amount of Photo or Video image files that you are entitled to store. You agree that the video files/photo uploaded, submitted, exchanged, transferred shall not include any materials/contents that are restricted under user obligations. You understand and agree that Pornography is prohibited on this site. Your profile or any other information, exchanged and uploaded on this site must not contain any content including nudity, or obscene, lewd, excessively violent, harassing, sexually explicit or otherwise objectionable subject matter. Fizzer assumes no responsibility for any information provided by other users including any unauthorized, unlawful or prohibited information. 7. Removal of Inappropriate Content and Material
Fizzer reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reject, remove or refuse to post any material (including any content, images, videos, messages in the forums) on the website, which it deems inappropriate or illegal. The company also expressly reserves the right to restrict, suspend or terminate the access to any or all part of the website for any user or remove the user profile with or without any reason, at any time, at its sole discretion. Forums provided by the company must not be misused by posting or transmitting or provoking racist comments, threatening messages or inappropriate languages. Fizzer reserves the right to remove, without notice, the offending content or stop or suspend your use of the Blog and Chat Service and/or any other Service; or take any appropriate action against you, in case you breach any of the services terms.

8. Dormant Accounts / Termination of Accounts
An account will be deemed as a dormant account if the member has not logged into it for 6 months or more. To keep an account from being a dormant account, members are advised to log into their account at least once every 6 months. The Company reserves the right to terminate any dormant account without any notice. Fizzer, at any time, terminate a member’s membership with or without cause or notice. Grounds of termination may include but not be limited to suspected fraud, not adhering to the terms and conditions of the website etc. The termination of a membership will be in the sole discretion of the Company and its decision will be final and binding. In case a member’s account becomes dormant or is terminated for any reason, any credits in the account will be forfeited. In case a fraudulent transaction is detected, your account at the site will be terminated with immediate effect. We will not be liable to redeem any Fizzer Credit in such accounts. Relevant merchants define fraudulent activities, we can appeal on behalf of our users but the merchant’s decision will be final and binding. If Fizzer, at any time, comes to know that any of the services is used for any other purpose other than as mentioned above, it will, at its sole discretion suspend and or terminate your account, with or without notice. In such case, the company shall not be liable or responsible for any/all damages/ loss incurred/ suffered by you or any third party.

9. Security of Accounts
At the time of joining the Fizzer, a user will be required to register using a combination of username, email address and password. This will be the sole identification of the member and will be required at the time of availing any services or redeeming the points or in any other reasons, as specifically mentioned. It is the member’s responsibility to keep the username and password secure. The account holders should not disclose their username and passwords to any unauthorized person as any individual logging in with the correct username and password will have complete access to that particular account. Access to your membership account at Fizzer is protected by your username and password. The Company will never release these details to third parties. In case any member forgets her/his username and/or password, s/he may use the ‘password reminder’ facility to request for the username/password. Fizzer will not be liable for any activity in the member’s account which arises out of a member not keeping their username/password secure.

10. Liability
Fizzer shall not be liable or responsible for any defect or any other claim in respect of goods/services purchased by the member and the same shall be the liability of respective merchant. Fizzer, its subsidiaries, its partners, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, incidental, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses arising out of or in connection with the Site, its services or this Terms of Use. Any typographical, clerical or other error or omission in the website is subject to correction without any liability on our part. Return Policy

All products most especially on purchased loads are non-refundable. Once it is processed and sent to the mobile number.

It is important to note that Fizzer iss not responsible for the incorrect data i.e., mobile numbers and email addresses provided on the site.

If you haven't received the confirmation email yet and/or we haven't credited the load yet, you can e-mail us your refund request and we will process it immediately if it's not too late or, you may contact us via the ONLINE SUPPORT.


Shipping

1. There are no additional shipping charges or hidden fees.
2. For first time buyers, load will be delivered no later than 12 hours.
3. If you paid via credit card and / or Fizzer credits, regular time would be in 30 minutes.
4. If paid via PayPal, delivery of product will be up to 24 hours due to validity of card with PayPal. After that one time verification, next transactions will be automatic for people who passed all verification processes with PayPal.
