  First time buyers will have to pass verification process first and after will receive load in 1-24 hours ! Verification time depends on your case.
  
  If using Visa Master Card payment method.
  No verification needed and first time buyer will receive load in 10-60 min
  
  
  Also, due to rare circumstances beyond our control like network communication errors, natural calamities affecting gateways, there will be delays in receiving your load but rest assured you will be notified and your load purchase will be delivered soon as possible.
  
  For first time buyers, we may choose to withhold crediting your E-load and call card purchases for up to 24 hours, for verification purposes.

• Purchased loads are non-refundable. Once it is processed and sent to the mobile number, Fizzer is not responsible for the incorrect mobile numbers and email addresses provided on the site. So if you haven't received the confirmation email yet and/or we haven't credited the load yet, you can e-mail us your refund request and we will process it immediately if it's not too late.

If paid via PayPal, delivery of product will be up to 24 hours due to validity of card with PayPal. After that one time verification, next transactions will be automatic for people who passed all verification processes with us.
