After 2 weeks of getting verified by PayPal, you can do unlimited transactions using paypal.This is due to a lot of fraudulent PayPal purchases.
  
  Also, due to rare circumstances beyond our control like network communication errors, natural calamities affecting gateways, there will be delays in receiving your load but rest assured you will be notified and your load purchase will be delivered soon as possible.
