Nobody is happy all the time. Sometimes we are, and sometimes we're not but the good news is, we can be happier more by developing happy habits.
I'm a self-confessed unhappy person right now and overnight, I've developed an unhappy habit of staying up till now. I couldn't get my sleep back after being disrupted so many times the whole f-ing day yesterday by people who don't care Sunday is an f-ing rest day!!! Currently, I am suffering from nausea, insomnia, caffeine (which is supposed to put me asleep unlike normal people) and ulcer attacks. Grrrrrrrrrr!!! This why Sunday is such a big deal for me and I never liked it being disturbed by anyone at all!!! Now my Monday is going to suffer and most likely, the rest of my week too!!!First rant of the week just came from me, folks!!! Expect me to be cranky the whole week.
