The humiliating apparent lack of respect from the Philippine Police was already enough for a concerned Filipina like me.
 While I am still deeply saddened by the fate of my Hongkong brothers and sisters, another group is apparently not doing their job. The much praised SCENE OF THE CRIME OPERATIVES (SOCO) in the Philippines joined the bandwagon of Manila Police force in adding insult to injury.  What the hell is she smiling for, here???!!!  That bus is exactly where you should be doing your scene of the crime operation and not use it for your pictorial session!!! I am sincerely ashamed with all of these lack of respect from the very people we pay our taxes for! Originally posted at The Social Media Chameleon's Racing Thoughts
