"After these things God tested Abraham, and said to him, "Abraham!" And he said, "Here am I." He said, "Take your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Mori'ah, and offer him there as a burnt offering upon one of the mountains of which I shall tell you." So Abraham rose early in the morning, saddled his ass, and took two of his young men with him, and his son Isaac; and he cut the wood for the burnt offering, and arose and went to the place of which God had told him." (Genesis 22: 1-3)
"By faith Abraham, when he was tested, offered up Isaac, and he who had received the promises was ready to offer up his only son..." (Hebrews 11: 17) Kung ikaw? Pag sinabi sayo ni God na iwanan mo ang gf/bf mo? Ano yung instant na isasagot mo? Siguro pareho tayo. HINDE! Pero si Abraham sobrang tiwala niya kay God na he almost offered his precious son Isaac kay God without any hesitations. "Then Abraham said to his young men, "Stay here with the ass; I and the lad will go yonder and worship, and come again to you." (Genesis 22: 5) Alam ni Abraham na kayang ibalik ni God yung buhay ng kanyang anak kung sakali mang matuloy ang pag offer niya kay Isaac as a sacrifice. Kaya sinabi niya sa kanyang servants na hintayin lang sila dahil sila ay magwoworship at babalik SILA na magkasabay. Pag sa tao tayo magtitiwala siguradong may sabit. Pero pag kay God tayo nagtiwala siguradong hindi hindi tayo magkakamali. Kanina pagkatapos ko sa service sa Victory Caloocan. Bumaba ako at bumili ng aking PINAKAFAVORITE na CHOCO MCDIP ng McDO! hahaha. Sarap to the bones!  Simula first year high school nahuhumaling na ko sa sundae na nasa cone na yun! Naaalala ko pa sa Grand pa ko bumibili dati haha. Paglabas ko ng mall andaming batang nanghihingi! Sobrang hindi ko binibigyan haha di na nuh! sarap sarap eh LOL! Ngayon ko naisip na sobrang napakadamot ko pala. Balik tayo sa kanina. Pagkabili ko nung ice cream inenjoy ko ng mga 3 mins haha. may nakita akong batang kalye sa labas ng Victory Mall di ko alam kung ano ang nangyari pero bigla ko nalang sakanyang binigay sabay napasmile ako nung narinig ko yung maliit na boses niya na sabe "Salamat Kuya!" yung smile ko sobrang di ko maexplain kahit nasa tricycle na ko andun parin yung smile ko. Napakaliit na bagay lang pero yung dating sakin parang binigay ko na buong buhay ko sa batang yun!  Ang gusto lang ni God ay magtiwala tayo ng buong buo sakanya for He will never leave us alone! Mapa ice cream man yan o house and lot it doesn't matter. I know there is an Abraham in every one of us. Thank you for reading. Sobrang nabbless ako sayo. God bless you!
