Q: my close friend who is married admitted that he loves me. I also feel the same way and told him so. Its been 3 years. We still feel the same. No sex involved, maybe bec we both know its wrong. My question is am I considered as a mistress? A: As long as you entertain his feelings for you, as long as you entertain your feelings for him, and as long as you continue to love each other despite the fact that he is already married, you are still considered a mistress. Sex is not the only basis by which you can be considered a mistress. Being a third-party and a mistress are just the same, they're both considered as illegal bonds outside the legal relationships.
