You’re not a rock to feel nothing. Don’t be stupid like you don’t know what is happening around you.

Don’t act like you’re the princess/prince in your situation. It is better to lose your pride with someone rather than to lose that someone you love with your useless pride.

Act normal! Be yourself, don’t take anyone’s shit, and never let them eat you alive.

Understand both sides. It is also the first step to acceptance and once you do the acceptance in your part, then there is the time that recovery comes.

Always say sorry. Even if it is not your fault, always apologize to the other party. When you do this, it is a sign that you don’t care about anything but you do care for everything.
