Sometimes specially our new customers doesn't pay attention to our FAQ or rather the email we sent them (as it contains the proper instructions). Please take note of the following whenever you still haven't receive your load or purchase. 1. Always contact our chat support located on the top part of the fizzer shop. I will be the one who will entertain you guys regarding this matter. If I dont answer, I'll probably doing something that I need to be away from my computer. Im still a human though. 2. Before leaving a testimonial on our site regarding meaningless rants because I cant answer you, feel free to email customer_support@fizzer.ph and expect a reply from our email support in 30mins-1hour. If you did not receive any responses, check your spambox or your email was accidentally filtered. Our email support is customer_support@fizzer.ph 3. Check the email that we sent you after purchase. This is a MUST-DO! It contains your order details and instructions on how to get your order. If the email is not in your inbox, please check your spambox specially when you use yahoo emails. 4. Why am I refunded? There are several reasons why are you refunded. Kindly take note of the following: *Our system auto-declines your order due to some unusual activity on your logs *Paypal unverified or did not pass the verification process *Requested for a refund *Out of stock *Problems with the email or number (mismatch email, wrong mobile number format) IF you have other concern, we're welcome to answer them all.
