 The problem with having a blog is that you expose yourself too much. There are no shields that can protect you from other people’s harshness. Someone told me that my blogs are way too “calm”, too simple. She cited her blog as an example. Apparently, her blog is full of commentary and very opinionated. I guess my blog to her is too cute for her taste. I know I shouldn’t really think too much about it, but, I am the thinking kind. Yes I agree, I only have select entries that have teeny bit of comment and opinion in it. But it doesn’t mean that I am an airhead who doesn’t have any idea of the current affairs. I am not. I just chose not to whine in my blog about the current political state. I type what I feel like typing, whether it’s about a politician or my new shoe purchase. I am not going to limit myself. And I am definitely not going to fake seriousness just to avoid being called simple. I am Danna. This is my blog. This is me. If you find my blog too simple for your taste, I can’t help you with that. Just stop reading.
